Howland Township announces a "48" Month fixed gas rate beginning March 2022 through February 2026 billing with Constellation New Energy.  The new Trumbull County rate for gas will be $3.99 per Mcf and $3.89 for Seniors (65+) through Constellation NewEnergy-Gas Division, LLC starting March 1^st 2022.  This program is scheduled to continue through February 2026.  If you are in the current program with Constellation, you will be automatically enrolled, otherwise, this is an opt-in program, so all residents will have to sign up to receive this new rate.  If you are not with Constellation, you can call 844-809-6834 to enroll.  Ask for the Trumbull County Rate.

The Trumbull County Commissioners have worked with Constellation to negotiate this group rate for residents.  This means that you can get a cost-effective natural gas supply from one of the largest retail gas suppliers in the country.

If you are in contract with another supplier; contact your chosen supplier for questions about your contract, including whether you have a cancellation fee for early termination.

Residents are asked to contact Constellation online at http://constellation.com or at 844-809-6834 to enroll or if they have questions.

Please be advised: If you receive a Development Incentive Agreement from Niles for sewer, water or electric, DO NOT SIGN! The township has hired legal counsel to defend township residents against this egregious action by the City of Niles! If you have any questions, please call 330-856-6464.
