In accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, Chapters 519.04 – 519.12, the Howland Township Zoning Commission will accept public comment regarding the proposed rezoning of portions of two parcels identified as 697 Howland Wilson Road (Parcel ID #28-903648) and vacant land (Parcel ID # 28-129300) in Howland Township. The land is located on the northeast corner of Howland Wilson Road and Muirfield Drive. The owner of record is Jalto Holdings, LLC of 304 Vienna Avenue, Niles Ohio 44446.


Applicant is requesting a zone change from the current classification of Corridor Review District – Office and Institutional (CRD-OI) to Single Family Residential (R-1), which would impact the eastern most 1.19 acres of the 3.60-acre site.  An approval of the request is considered an amendment to the zoning resolution and map.
